East China

Honestly? It was absolutely delicious. Steamed dumplings. Shrimp with snow peas. Egg drop soup. (with the crunchies) Will I order again? DEFINITELY. The shrimp was perfect. The snow peas perfectly crunchy. It is only me in my house so I ordered the small thinking I would have leftovers. That turns out to be a hard no. Because I ate it all. Yes. All of it. Why? It was yummy. It was THAT good. To say i never leave reviews would obviously be a lie especially when you are reading this one. I rarely leave reviews. This place...East China...put it on your list of must eats. It is fabulous!

I have simply fallen in love with East China. I am very picky when it comes to Chinese food. I grew up in Chicago where we had some kick booty Chinese, then in Muscatine we had a great Chinese restaurant, but now that I am Cedar Falls and after trying multiple places, I must say East China is by far the best. You can adjust the spiciness of the food, and everything. If you are looking for good Chinese in this area (Cedar Falls/Waterloo) then you have found the right place. :)

It was really really good! I ordered medium spicy and wish it would have been spicier - next time i will get hot. The food was hot and came a bit earlier than I expected which was a nice surprise. The delivery man called me which was nice because I live in a dorm so I knew he was there.

The food was good and the delivery was fast. My only complaint was they didnt send silverware or napkins which normally isnt a big deal but I was in the middle of moving and didnt have silverware available. Other then that everything was perfect so I'm still gonna leave 5 stars.

Always serves us exactly what we ask for in a timely fashion and it's always hot! They even give us a free soup or free dessert on occasion! Also, they follow added directions excellently. I would definitely recommend to a friend.
